Lattice Hearts Pattern
Redbubble | Spoonflower
Last year when I made my hearts and bows pattern I also made some bleeding heart flowers, I started making a pattern using them but never finished it.
The overall pattern was basically done but at the time I got stuck on getting my wavy lines to be seamless but still spaced properly, well a year on and a lot learned it took moments for me to fix it and finish off my pattern.

I had also made my flowers into a heart shape motif which I really liked but hadn’t done anything with it, so I set about making a grid pattern with a flower I had also created at the time.

I really liked the lattice effect of this grid pattern so decided to make a third one using tiny hearts.

Sometimes it is worth hanging on to a pattern you had previously given up on, time and a fresh set of eyes can really help you get past the problems you had with it.
