Occasionally I will start something then for whatever reason never finish it but I rarely delete them, instead they sit on my hard drive until I decide to have a sort out, that is how I came across a set of Christmas themed object vectors I had made a couple of years ago.

At the time I had tried to make a pattern of them but I was very new to it and struggled to make one I liked so they got abandoned, initially when I found them I made myself a note to use them just for stickers but I still wanted to try making a pattern with them.

I guess experience helps as this time around I didn’t struggle and made not one pattern but three, a festive treats pattern, gingerbread, and Christmas puddings.

Not everything I keep ends up being worth the hard drive space but sometimes coming back to an old project with more knowledge and fresh eyes really does work out.
